Tool Description: P.564

P.564 provides a method for testing the accuracy of VoIP performance measurement algorithms. Requesting that a VoIP performance monitoring tool is P.564 compliant ensures that the MOS scores that are reported are more likely to accurately represent user opinion.

Application

Ensure that the MOS reporting algorithms you use have been tested for compliance with P.564 (as for example Telchemy's VQmon has).
